working with and antiques coming up with solutions to repair many unusual items that otherwise might have been considered unrepairable.
9. Is there a CPPC Member that has made a positive impression on you during your membership?
Heidi Wattier, Alan Jobe and Jennifer Cottier. Being fairly new to this industry they all have helped me (Glenda) learn so much about this industry in such a short period of time.
10. What are some of the elements of the CPPC you would like to see enhanced, expanded or developed?
Someway to interact with one another beyond the workshops and conferences. A way to get to know our peers, share stories, tips and tricks and resolution to complex issues.
11. Where do you hope to see the CPPC in 5 years?
We hope that it is still produced and attended with the same enthusiasm.
12. What would you tell a perspective New Member about the CPPC and the benefits of membership?
It is important to personally meet the people you work with but don’t otherwise get to meet face to
face.
13. Have you attended a CPPC function? If so, what would you share about the experience? If not, why have you chosen not to attend?
Brian and I have attended both the workshops 3 times and the conference once. It was so informative for me, as I knew very little about this industry before purchasing Classic Refinishing. I was able to put all the pieces together and meet the people that I would be working with. I have much greater understand and respect for what we do. Brian loves to connect with both the adjusters and other
technicians so that they can learn from each other.
14. Is there anything else you would like to share with others about yourself, your business or the services you provide?
Classic has a history of great customer service, quality work, good communication and putting
people at ease. Most importantly we love working together as a team and with the moving
companies!
